1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AIAgentsReady.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Community Content & Uploads
Users may upload their own AI prompts and configurations ("Community Content"). AIAgentsReady.com does not endorse and is NOT liable for any Community Content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our standards or is deemed harmful.
3. Limitation of Liability & Damages
3.1 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of AIAgentsReady.com, its affiliates, officers, and employees for any claims arising out of or related to the use of our prompts, configurations, or site servicesâwhether in contract, tort, or otherwiseâshall be limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to AIAgentsReady.com in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100.00).
3.2 Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall AIAgentsReady.com be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data loss, personal injury, or property damage resulting from "DIY" technical, mechanical, or medical advice generated by AI models, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. No Warranties
Prompts and configurations are provided "as is" without any warranties of accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness. Use at your own risk.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Texas**, without regard to conflict of law principles.
6. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
6.1 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be **Dallas, Texas**.
6.2 Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one personâs claims.
